Vacuum-sealed ingredients with salt supplied in a separate sachet, packaged in a stand-up pouch with a resealable zipper closure. The packaging is designed to allow the food to be prepared directly inside the pouch after removing the ingredients from the vacuum seal.

Add 21 g to the net weight for packaging.

Store in a dry place away from sunlight at a temperature of +15 ± 5 °C for up to 12 months from the date of manufacture. Use immediately after opening the vacuum seal. The food may also remain good to eat the following day if properly resealed and stored under suitable conditions.

Preparation:

1. Boil water.
2. Open outer package. Remove vacuum pack and salt. Pour vacuum pack contents into pouch. Discard packaging.
3. Add boiling water up to fill line.
4. Stir well. Close zip lock. If cold, keep pouch insulated (e.g., in a pocket or under a jacket).
5. Wait as directed. Add 5 minutes at altitudes above 2000m.
6. Open pouch. Stir again. Season to taste. Enjoy.
