Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy for unopened, non-perishable products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Opened food products, perishable goods, and temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defect, damage, or incorrect delivery.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with food safety regulations.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable food products
- Opened or unsealed food items
- Custom or special-order products
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
These exclusions are required to comply with food hygiene, safety, and consumer protection laws.
Exchanges
For eligible items, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the unopened product after approval and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, except where EU law provides exemptions.
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Perishable goods
- Sealed food items that have been opened after delivery
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
Eligible returned items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
